This is where AIS 6th grade scientists can collect data from the Dream Flags to Nepal project as Mr. Harlan and Mrs. Crow go from the elevation of Rosemont, PA to Khumjung, Nepal (approx. 12,500 ft.)

So far we collected data from Delhi, India; Kathmandu, Nepal; Phakding, Nepa; and Namche, Nepal.

Subjects were Mr. Harlan and Mrs. Crow, but also some others:

Phurba Sherpa--our friend from the Greater Himalayas Foundation. She is Sherpa and lives near Washington, DC
Gyaljen--our head guide. He is 26 years old, and his home is near Luka, Nepal. He has been a Sherpa guide since about the age of 14.
Ban-another guide. He is older--appears to be around 50--and has been a Sherpa guide for many years.

The test was a two minute sample of heart rate. Then the same time period after 25 jumping jacks.

We're uncertain of the accuracy of some of the data since it seems to have irregularities. We wonder if the battery is low, but it's not a kind we can get here.

The files are named to tell you what they are: place-person-rest or 25jacks

We'd love to know what you find out about us!

Here is what we've collected so far. We'll do more at Khumung and report back!
